Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms are a contract between you and (“we”, “us”), , for the use of Serpified (the “service”). By creating an account you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. The service
Serpified provides search-engine, advertising, local, social and AI-search intelligence drawn from third-party data providers, public web pages and services you connect. Figures such as search volumes, traffic and difficulty are estimates. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or the ranking outcomes of any action you take.
2. Accounts
- You must give a working email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account and the accounts you invite.
- One person may not share a login; add seats instead.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, attempts to bypass limits, or is used to attack other systems.
3. Plans, trials and payment
- The free trial lasts 30 days and needs no card. When it ends the account becomes read-only until a plan is chosen.
- Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax where it applies.
- Upgrades take effect at once and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Nothing is deleted on downgrade; data over the new limits stops being refreshed.
- Research credits included in a plan expire at the end of each month. Purchased credit packs do not expire while the account is open. Credits are not refundable or transferable.
- Money-back guarantee: if the service does not do what the pricing page says, write to us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell the data, scrape the service, share API keys outside your workspace, or exceed documented rate limits.
- Do not use outreach, social or advertising features to send spam, infringe others’ rights, or break the terms of the platforms they connect to (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others).
- Do not use the service to audit, monitor or crawl sites in ways that harm them or that the site forbids.
5. Your data and connected accounts
Keywords, projects, reports and uploads you add remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display them to you and your team. When you connect Google, Meta or LinkedIn accounts, we access only the data the permission screen lists and only to provide the feature; you can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page. Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not promise it. Third-party providers may fail, change or withdraw data. We may change features and prices with notice on the pricing page; price changes apply from your next renewal.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, advertising spend or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Ending the agreement
You can cancel from the Billing page at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach. After an account is closed we delete its data within 90 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of , and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If part of these terms is found invalid the rest still applies. Questions: [email protected].
