What counts as a website?
A project: one domain in one market, with its keywords, competitors, rankings, ads and audits. A client with two country sites is two projects.
What are credits?
Credits pay for fresh data. A domain overview costs a few credits, a keyword research run a few more, and a daily rank check less than one. Anything already fetched in the last week is free to look at again, and every page tells you what it will cost before it fetches.
Can I try it free?
Yes. The free trial gives you one website, 10 tracked keywords and 200 credits for 30 days, with no card. When it ends your data stays and you can read it; choose a plan to keep fetching and tracking.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the Billing page in one click. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and then stops. No forms, no calls, no questions.
Is there a refund policy?
If the product does not do what this page says in your first 30 days, write to us and we refund the first payment.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing is deleted. Extra keywords stop being refreshed and extra projects wait until you upgrade or make room. Credits can be topped up at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay for ten months and get twelve. Switch between monthly and annual on the Billing page.
I run an agency with more than 30 sites. What should I choose?
Agency Plus with extra sites at $6 each works up to about 40. Above that, Enterprise gives you custom limits, white-label reports and an account contact. Tell us your site count and we reply the same day.
